Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 oranges
  • 5 apples, sweet
  • 5 bulb(s)
  • 500 g gelling sugar 3:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Apple-pear-orange jam

Juice the oranges. The resulting pulp can be used, as long as no white pith is left in between. Peel and core the apples and pears, cut into small pieces, and mix with the orange juice. The fruit mixture should weigh approximately 1500g. Stir in the appropriate amount of gelling sugar according to the instructions and let stand for about 15 minutes. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 10 minutes, then puree. Bring back to a boil briefly. Fill into prepared jam jars as usual.
