Overnight Oats from the movie The Game Changers, protein-rich breakfast

Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork, add the other ingredients, and stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, simply stir and enjoy. You can eat it cold or warm it. Tip: Once you’ve mastered the recipe, experiment with different fruits, nut butters, and plant-based milks to keep it fresh and exciting. This protein-packed breakfast option is great because the prep work is done the night before. All you have to do is wake up and enjoy.
