  • 500 g pasta of your choice
  • 500 g streaky bacon
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 dashes fat for frying, liquid

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until tender. While the noodles are cooking, dice the bacon into large cubes, remembering to remove the rind. Heat a deep 28cm frying pan with cooking fat. You can use more cooking fat for more flavor. Add the bacon to the fat and cook. Then add the noodles and mix in. Once the noodles are soft, add the eggs and stir in. From now on, you need to pay close attention, as the egg is setting. As soon as the egg is set, the dish is ready to serve. Tip: You can use spiced ketchup, tomato ketchup, or Maggi to refine the dish.
