- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 500g spaghetti
- 600 ml ketchup
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 600 ml water
- e.g. water, hot

One Pot Pasta has nothing to do with original Italian cuisine
Brown the ground beef until crispy, season with salt and pepper. Add the leeks. Layer the spaghetti crosswise on top and pour in the hot water until the spaghetti is lightly covered. Simmer until the water has evaporated. Stir in the ketchup and enjoy. The dish doesn’t taste like ketchup, as you might expect. This recipe works best in a large, deep frying pan. Alternatively, you can use a large, deep pot.
