Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml soy milk (soy drink) , (soy-rice milk)
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 handful of berries, of your choice
  • possibly fruit, of your choice
  • possibly honey or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend all ingredients in a tall container with an immersion blender until smooth. If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add honey or agave syrup (not required). This recipe can easily be adapted with other fruits.
