Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • ¼ liter milk, lukewarm
  • 75 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • some lemon(s) (zest)
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Make a yeast dough from the dough ingredients. Let it rise for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet. Mix the butter, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add the flour and crumble. Sprinkle the crumbs over the dough. Cover the cake and let it rise for another 35 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25 minutes.
