Peel the carrots and cut them into finger-thick pieces. Boil them in a little water for a few minutes (5-10 minutes) until they are still firm to the bite/hard. Then puree everything together and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Tastes great with pasta, whether hot or cold. It’s delicious with grilled vegetables or fish.
