Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g blue cheese
- 50 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Heat the milk and stir until the cheese dissolves. Remove from the heat. If desired, transfer to a screw-top jar and let cool. This will make a spreadable cream. For a dip or dressing, simply add a little more milk. If you’re not worried about calories, you can also use cream.
