Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g berries, e.g. currants
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fast juicing for small quantities

Pour the water into the pot. Place the tripod inside and place the perforated strainer on top. Wash the berries and place them in the strainer. Close the lid. Set the pot to high and wait until pressure builds. Reduce the heat and juice for 12 minutes. Then process the juice.
