Juicy Apple and Muesli Cake

- 800 g Sour apples
- Juice of one lemon
- 50 g Chopped almonds
- 100 ml Cream
- 150 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 4 drops Lemon flavor
- 3 Pc. Eggs
- 190 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Handful of fruit muesli
- 75 g Butter
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 75 g Sugar
- Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and mix with the lemon juice and almonds.
- Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar, sugar and lemon flavor until half stiff. Mix in eggs for 2 minutes with a mixer. Mix the flour with baking powder, sift over the dough and stir in. Put the batter in a large springform pan or on a small baking sheet and spread the apple mixture on top. Sprinkle two handfuls of fruit muesli on top and then put in the oven at 150 degrees with a fan oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Then … in the meantime …
- Boil 75 g butter with the 4 tablespoons milk and 75 g sugar once. Spread the mixture on the cake and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Can be enjoyed very well with vanilla ice cream and cream – Jam Jam Jam
