Juicy Apple and Muesli Cake

The perfect juicy apple and muesli cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 800 g Sour apples
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 50 g Chopped almonds
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 drops Lemon flavor
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 190 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Handful of fruit muesli
  • 75 g Butter
  • 4 tbsp Milk
  • 75 g Sugar
  1. Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and mix with the lemon juice and almonds.
  2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar, sugar and lemon flavor until half stiff. Mix in eggs for 2 minutes with a mixer. Mix the flour with baking powder, sift over the dough and stir in. Put the batter in a large springform pan or on a small baking sheet and spread the apple mixture on top. Sprinkle two handfuls of fruit muesli on top and then put in the oven at 150 degrees with a fan oven and bake for about 15 minutes. Then … in the meantime …
