Ingredients

  • 200 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • Butter vanilla flavor
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 10 Apple
  • 1,5 cup Sour cream
  • Cinnamon, sugar
  • Sour cherry jam

Instructions

  • Mix the butter, sugar and eggs until foamy. Then add the remaining ingredients and make a dough. Peel the apples up to 5 and cut into small dice. Add the cinnamon and sugar to the apple cubes and let them draw in briefly. Peel the other 5 and cut into not so thick slices. Then add the cinnamon apples to the batter and mix everything well. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then put half of the apple batter into the mold and spread the sauerkisch jam over the batter. Then spread the rest of the batter over it. Now place the apple slices in a circle at an angle at the top. Then bake at 200 ° C for 40-50 minutes. If it gets dark, cover with aluminum foil. When it's done, let it cool down a bit and brush with the sour cream. On top of some cinnamon and sugar.
