Ingredients
- 100 gr Butter
- 100 gr Sugar
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 gr Flour
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Teaspoon. Baking powder
- 100 gr Chopped almonds
- 1 piece Lemon
- 4 piece Apples
- 200 ml. Cream
Instructions
- Mix the butter with sugar until foamy, stir in the eggs, vanilla and lemon zest. Stir in the flour, baking powder and almonds, peel 2 apples, cut into cubes, add to the batter. Fold in the cream until stiff. Pour the dough into a 24 cm dish. Cover with thin apple slices.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes, turn on the grill 5 minutes before the end. Sprinkle the cake with sugar and caramelize. Let the cake cool a little and sprinkle with powdered sugar and a little cinnamon.
