Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 100 g processed cheese
  • 250 g cheese
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 tbsp truffle oil or olive oil

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Cut the tomato into small pieces and finely chop the garlic clove. Grate the cheese. Place everything in a large bowl and add the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Add a tablespoon of truffle oil; olive oil also works. Then mix everything vigorously with your hands for several minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. I recommend rubbing the parchment paper again with olive oil. Slowly and evenly pour the mixture from the bowl onto the baking sheet, ensuring there are no mounds or holes. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. After 15 minutes, the omelet will be golden brown and perfect.
