Juicy Plum Cake from Tray

- 750 g Plums
- 200 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 Pc. Eggs
- 300 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon fresh
- Aluminum foil
- Powdered sugar
- Wash, stone and quarter the plums.
- Mix the fat and sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir in portions. Finally add the juice of 1/2 lemon and stir in.
