Juicy Plum Cake from Tray

  • 750 g Plums
  • 200 g Butter
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Eggs
  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0,5 Pc. Lemon fresh
  • Aluminum foil
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Wash, stone and quarter the plums.
  2. Mix the fat and sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir in portions. Finally add the juice of 1/2 lemon and stir in.
  3. Spread over half of a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover generously with the plums.
