- 200 g Mayonnaise
- 200 g Natural yoghurt
- 100 g Liquid honey
- 100 g Mustard medium hot
- 1 bunch Fresh dill
- Salt, pepper, sugar
- Hold the fish, cut open along the backbone from the head to the caudal fin. Remove the innards and skin, cut the meat from the bones from the backbone and carefully lift off the fillet.
- You can of course also buy ready-made fillets, but I like them better.
- Beat the mayonnaise with the yogurt until smooth.
- Fold in honey, mustard and chopped dill.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Arrange the herring fillets on a plate.
- Add the sauce to the fillets and serve with new potatoes (from your own garden).
