Juicy Tasty Muffins

The perfect juicy tasty muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 210 g Butter
  • 210 g Sckolade dark chocolate
  • 7 Eggs
  • 270 g Sugar
  • 120 g Flour
  • 40 g Cocoa powder
  • 200 g Icing sugar for glazing with 1 tablespoon milk or water
  • Cake decoration (roses, hearts, pearls)
  1. Let the butter and chocolate melt in a water bath. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Carefully stir in the liquid chocolate with the butter. Add the flour with the cocoa and stir. Finally stir in the beaten egg white. Place the paper molds in the muffin tin and fill with the batter. Bake for about 7-10 minutes at 210 degrees Celsius. Then brush with white icing, which you have previously mixed with powdered sugar and a tablespoon of milk or other liquid, and decorate accordingly. I can imagine that it could also taste good with a tablespoon of rum, liqueur, etc. Haven’t tried it yet but would be worth a try.
