Juicy Turkey Legs

- 2 Pc. Turkey legs
- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1 bunch Soup greens fresh
- 2 St. Garlic cloves
- Salt, white pepper
- 0,75 l Vegetable broth
- 2 St. Bay leaves
- Possibly parsley for garnish
- Wash the turkey legs thoroughly and pat dry with kitchen paper. Peel and halve the garlic. Rub the legs first with garlic, then vigorously with salt and pepper.
- Place the turkey legs in a large roasting pan. Roast in a preheated oven (electric stove: 175 ° C) for about 2 hours until brown.
- Gradually pour in the broth. Scoop the legs with the meat stock more often during frying.
- In the meantime, peel and wash the potatoes and cut in half or into quarters depending on the size. Clean, wash and drain the soup greens. Cut the leek into thick rings, carrots into slices and celery into cubes.
