Juniper Smoked Pork

- 2 Discs Kasseler Kamm raw smoked
- 4 piece Onions
- 3 tablespoon Juniper berries

- Aluminum foil
- Peel the onions and take enough of the aluminum foil so that you can easily wrap the two meat slices individually.
- Spread half of the onion rings in each foil, sprinkle half of the juniper berries on top, season the meat with pepper and place on the onion rings. Cover the meat with the remaining onions and top with the remaining juniper berries. Close the aluminum foil, not too tight, so that the steam and aroma can be well distributed.
