Jupps Jardin Vert (aperitif)

The perfect jupps jardin vert (aperitif) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 40 cl Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 10 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 5 cl Lime juice
  • 7,5 tsp Honey
  • 10 cl Sugar syrup
  • 20 cl Gin
  • 3 Pc. Orange
  • 3 Pc. Lime
  • 5 Pc. Rosemary sprigs
  1. Cut nice slices from the oranges and limes. Then remove the leaves from the underside of the rosemary stalks so that they look like palm trees. Cover the plucked leaves, fruits and rosemary palms with the cocktail glasses and place them in the freezer 24 hours before serving. Prepare each portion individually in the shaker. To do this, fill the shaker with 8 cl orange juice, freshly squeezed, with firm ice cubes, 2 cl lemon juice freshly squeezed, 0.5 cl lime juice, freshly squeezed, 1.5 teaspoons honey, 2 cl sugar syrup, 4 cl gin and half a sprig of rosemary add. Shake everything together vigorously so that the ice cubes mash the rosemary and the drink takes on the rosemary taste. Pour into the frosted glasses using the shaker sieve. Use a frozen orange slice, a frozen lime slice and the frozen rosemary palm as decoration.
