Ingredients

  • 10 cl White rum
  • 10 cl Vodka
  • 1 l Ginger ale
  • Frozen blackberries
  • Edible flowers
  • 4 Pc. Mint stalk
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • The whiskey tumbler glasses can be placed in the freezer, so an optimal drinking temperature is guaranteed and the guests get their aperitif served ice-cold. Add the ice cubes and pour 2cl white rum as well as 2cl premium vodka on top, for this you can use a "jigger" (measuring cup) in the technical jargon. Pay attention to the exact amount of alcohol, otherwise the aperitif will taste too much like it. Wash the fresh mint and hit it briefly on the back of the hand, this will allow the aromas and essential oils to develop better. Put a few mint leaves in the tumbler. Now top up with ginger ale or optionally ginger beer. For decoration you can add a few frozen blackberries and one edible flower per glass.
