Ingredients

  • 2 handful Sliced colorful radishes from our own garden
  • 2 Tomatoes freshly cut into pieces
  • 1 some Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 some Lime juice
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 some Finely chopped shallot
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped radish leaves
  • 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 some Sour cream

Instructions

  • That was my lunch. The sweetheart was out of the house. A garlic quartet with it. You don't need more to be deliciously full.
  • Mix the lime juice with the herbs, shallot, salt, sugar and mustard. Let something go through.
  • Then stir in the oil until it is finely distributed. Refine with the sour cream.
  • Add the radishes and tomatoes and fold in.
  • Of course everyone can vary the ingredients according to their taste. For example: Sometimes I add hard-boiled eggs or add balsamic vinegar to taste, etc.
  • I re-sow radishes (different varieties) every 3 weeks. So we have fresh radishes all through the garden season.
