Baked Chicken in Paprika-mushroom Cream
The perfect baked chicken in paprika-mushroom cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mushrooms brown
- 2 Red Paprika
- 2 Red Onions
- 3 Chicken breast fillets
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 150 g Cream
- 100 g Grated mozzarella
- Chop the mushrooms, peppers and onions into small pieces. Wash the meat, pat dry and turn in 2 tablespoons of flour.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it. Take out and place in a baking dish.
- Steam the mushrooms in the hot oil. Add onions and peppers and sauté. Season with salt and pepper. Take out and spread over the meat.
- Sauté 1 tablespoons of flour in the remaining fat and deglaze with stock and cream. Pour over the vegetables and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes. With noodles.
