- 500 g minced beef
- 1 onion(s), grated
- 60 g rice
- salt water
- 1 egg(s)
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs

Woman’s thigh meatballs
Cook the rice in salted water as usual and set aside. Knead the minced meat with the grated onion, egg, spices, and cooked rice. Form this minced meat mixture into flat meatballs. Whisk the two eggs in a small bowl and coat the meatballs first in flour, then in the egg. Fry in hot oil and drain on kitchen paper. The meatballs taste best served lukewarm.
