Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 2 tbsp Nutella
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Super-quick Nutella mug cake for all chocolate lovers

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well until creamy. Pour the finished mixture into 1 large or 2 small mugs. If you prefer, you can also prepare the batter in a large mug. The batter should fill the mug about halfway. Then place it in the microwave, uncovered, and bake for 2:30 minutes at 750 W. If you prefer a more liquid center, microwave the cake for only 2 minutes. Garnish the cake with chocolate sprinkles or a dollop of whipped cream, and serve immediately.
