Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8-minute pork schnitzel (loin schnitzel)
- 200 g bacon
- 250 g chanterelles or mushrooms
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Parsley, chopped
- some flour
- some red wine
- nutmeg
- Vegetable stock powder (soup seasoning)
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Heat a nonstick pan, add the finely diced bacon, and fry until crispy. Add the finely chopped onion and fry until light brown, then add the mushrooms and fry briefly. Add the parsley, dust with flour, and deglaze with a little water and red wine. Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and soup seasoning. Dip one side of the lightly pounded pork loin cutlets in flour, fry that side first, turn, and fry briefly on the other side. Pour the sauce over the onion and serve.
