Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g kale, picked
- 125 g parsley
- 120 ml olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Parmesan, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat. Place the washed and torn kale in a food processor. Toss with some of the olive oil. Then add the parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and the rest of the olive oil. Blend everything together. Now add the roasted sunflower seeds and toss briefly. Add a little more Parmesan cheese, if desired.
