Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 leaves of kale
- 1 apple
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 slice(s) ginger
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 – 2 glasses
Wash the kale leaves and trim off the tough stems. Place the resulting greens in a blender with the other ingredients and blend for at least 2 minutes. There should be no remaining leaf or fruit fibers. The kale can, of course, also be combined with other fruits: e.g., orange, kiwi, mango, papaya, etc.
