Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 chicken (Kassler broiler, chicken)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 small can of peas
  • ½ jar salad cream (amount according to taste)
  • pepper
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes

Remove the skin from the meat and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onion and the eggs. Add the peas and mix everything with the salad dressing. Finally, season with pepper and salt (depending on how salty the chicken is) and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
