Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quickly and easily prepared in the oven

Briefly fry the sliced Kasseler and place it in an ovenproof dish. I make the sauce from 3 red bell peppers, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic and 6 tomatoes. Cut everything into large pieces. Fry the onions and garlic in a little olive oil, add the remaining vegetables with a little water if desired and let it simmer. Then season with salt, a little sugar or sweetener and sambal oelek. Briefly puree and then mix with half a bottle of Cremefine and a little milk (makes the whole thing a little thinner) and pour over the meat. Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. If you’re in a hurry, as an alternative sauce: pour a mixture of 2 bottles of shashlik sauce and a cup of cream over the meat. Serve with rice or flatbread or baguette bread.
