Ingredients
- 2 slices Kassler
- 1 tbsp Frying fat (animal fat)
- 1 Pickled cucumber pickled
- Broth
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Lightly knock the 2 slices of smoked pork, salt and pepper.
- Let the fat get hot in the pan and fry the pork pork on both sides, add the cucumber and pour a little thin broth on top.
- Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. If necessary, add the stock.
- Finally, leave the pan without a lid on the stove so that the sauce thickens slightly.
- There is pasta and salad with it.
