Ingredients
 

  • 2 slices Kassler
  • 1 tbsp Frying fat (animal fat)
  • 1 Pickled cucumber pickled
  • Broth
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Lightly knock the 2 slices of smoked pork, salt and pepper.
  • Let the fat get hot in the pan and fry the pork pork on both sides, add the cucumber and pour a little thin broth on top.
  • Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. If necessary, add the stock.
  • Finally, leave the pan without a lid on the stove so that the sauce thickens slightly.
  • There is pasta and salad with it.
