Ingredients
 

  • 3 cans Red beans a 420 grams
  • 3 cans Corn a 330 grams
  • 250 g Onions, chopped
  • 1000 g Mixed minced meat
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 600 g Peeled tomatoes
  • 4 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tube Tomato paste
  • 1 L Beef stock
  • Salt, pepper, rose paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 0,5 bar Dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Fry the minced meat in the heated 3 tablespoons of olive oil. And put in a bowl.
  • Fry the onions in the remaining 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the minced meat again.
  • Add the corn, beans, tomatoes and tomato paste and sauté briefly and fill up with the broth.
  • Konblauch, season well with salt, pepper and paprika. Add sambal oelek and let everything simmer for about 1 hour. Stir finally and top up with stock if necessary.
  • Finally add the 1/2 bar of chocolate and season to taste.
