Ingredients
- 3 cans Red beans a 420 grams
- 3 cans Corn a 330 grams
- 250 g Onions, chopped
- 1000 g Mixed minced meat
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 600 g Peeled tomatoes
- 4 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tube Tomato paste
- 1 L Beef stock
- Salt, pepper, rose paprika powder
- 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 0,5 bar Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Fry the minced meat in the heated 3 tablespoons of olive oil. And put in a bowl.
- Fry the onions in the remaining 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the minced meat again.
- Add the corn, beans, tomatoes and tomato paste and sauté briefly and fill up with the broth.
- Konblauch, season well with salt, pepper and paprika. Add sambal oelek and let everything simmer for about 1 hour. Stir finally and top up with stock if necessary.
- Finally add the 1/2 bar of chocolate and season to taste.
