  • 75 g bacon
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g cheese
  • 4 slices of toast
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme

A quick snack!

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan without any fat. Then add the diced or sliced ​​onions and fry. Finally, fry the mushrooms (cleaned and sliced) and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Toast the bread and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the mixture on the bread and sprinkle with cheese. Bake everything at 200-220°C (400-425°F) for about 5-8 minutes.
