Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms
- 75 g bacon
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g cheese
- 4 slices of toast
- salt and pepper
- Thyme
Instructions

A quick snack!
Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan without any fat. Then add the diced or sliced onions and fry. Finally, fry the mushrooms (cleaned and sliced) and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Toast the bread and place it on a baking sheet. Spread the mixture on the bread and sprinkle with cheese. Bake everything at 200-220°C (400-425°F) for about 5-8 minutes.
