Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g minced beef (tartar)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small eggplant(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the onions, garlic, and ground meat in olive oil. Add the vegetables and sauté. Add the vegetable stock. Simmer until the vegetables are cooked to your liking. Season with curry powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Finally, stir in the sour cream and serve. Serve with baguette.
