Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90 g oat flakes
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp fruit puree (pomegranate in apple raspberry) or unsweetened apple puree
- 2 eggs
- 50 g protein powder (vanilla flavor)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp agave syrup or other sweetener, e.g. honey, flav drops…
- some berries, frozen

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Grind the oats in a food processor or blender until you have a kind of oat flour. Place the oat flour in a separate bowl and mix with the baking powder. Then add the remaining ingredients, mix with a hand mixer, and pour into a 16cm (4-inch) loaf pan lined with baking paper. Top with frozen berries, if desired, and bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
