Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp almond flour or hazelnut flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp erythritol (sugar substitute)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil or butter for greasing
- 2 tbsp, levelled chocolate (sugar-free), dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 175°C. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Chop the chocolate. Then add eggs, melted coconut oil/butter, and chocolate. Blend until smooth. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter. Bake for about 12–14 minutes and let cool.
