Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g almonds, ground
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 25 g chia seeds
  • 20 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 8 tomatoes, dried
  • 1 small carrot(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix the low-fat curd cheese with the chia seeds and let it sit for 20 minutes. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, peel and grate the carrot. Add the remaining ingredients and knead everything by hand, forming it into a loaf. Bake the bread at 180°C (convection oven) for 45 minutes. You can also add a seed mixture to the loaf, for example, or sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese. The sky’s the limit.
