Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 80 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 sausages, fine, raw
- some oil
- 500 ml vegetable broth or beef broth
Instructions

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the flour, egg yolks, milk, and salt into a smooth batter. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Bake thin pancakes from the batter and let them cool. Remove the sausages from their casings, spread them thinly on the pancakes, and roll them up. Then cut the pancake rolls into slices about finger-thick. Add the sausage rolls to the broth and let them stand for about 5 minutes.
