Banana curd with apple pieces

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the low-fat quark into a cereal bowl. Mash the ripe banana with a fork, then wash and cut the apple into small pieces, reserving two slices for garnish. Add the fruit to the low-fat quark. Mix everything thoroughly, sprinkle with cinnamon, and garnish with two apple slices.
