Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 25 g feta cheese
- ¼ tsp mustard
- ¼ tsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly herbs

really tasty and low in calories
Dice the onion and tomato, and cut the feta cheese into small strips. Mix the mustard, horseradish, balsamic vinegar, and oil. Combine the sauce with the beans, onion, tomatoes, and feta cheese and season with salt and pepper. You can also add various herbs to taste. Let it sit for 2 hours.
