Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 8 chocolate bars (Kinderpingui)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey, if desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quickly prepared

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Combine all other ingredients and fold in the cream. Season with honey to taste; you can also omit it. Pour the cream into glasses and serve.
