King Oyster Mushrooms with Cress Dip
The perfect king oyster mushrooms with cress dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 size King oyster mushrooms
- 5 tsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 handful Fresh cress
- Pepper
- Salt
- Herb butter
- Slice the mushrooms lengthways and fry them gently in herb butter.
- Mix the yoghurt with mustard, season with salt and pepper and fold in the chopped cress.
