King Oyster Mushrooms with Cress Dip

The perfect king oyster mushrooms with cress dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 size King oyster mushrooms
  • 5 tsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 handful Fresh cress
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Herb butter
  1. Slice the mushrooms lengthways and fry them gently in herb butter.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with mustard, season with salt and pepper and fold in the chopped cress.
