Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g sugar / icing sugar
- 1 tbsp, levelled cocoa powder
- 50 g dark chocolate

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. They should be stiff enough to allow a knife cut to remain visible. Gradually beat in the sugar. Carefully fold in the sifted cocoa powder and finely chopped chocolate. Using 2 teaspoons, place walnut-sized heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 130°C (Gas Mark 1) for approximately 25-35 minutes. Makes 30 pieces. Each piece contains 25kcal, 0.6g fat, and 21.6% fat calories.
