Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of dumpling dough
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 pack of diced ham
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 pack of cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Potato balls with cream sauce
First, preheat the oven to 180°C. Then, roll the potato dough into small balls, place them in a baking dish, and spread them out evenly. Then simply top with the packet of ham cubes and pour over the cream. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and then bake everything in the oven for 30 minutes. Halfway through, sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for another 15 minutes. Now add a mixed salad, and you have a complete meal. And it’s super easy!
