Kiwi and pear muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large pear(s)
  • 2 kiwis
  • 130 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 35 ml sunflower oil
  • 75 g natural yogurt

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash, peel, core, and cut the pear into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the kiwis. I also remove the white “pit” in the middle. For the batter, combine the egg with brown sugar, oil, and natural yogurt. Then add the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix everything together. Add the chopped fruit to the batter and gently fold in. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups and bake for about 20 minutes at 160°C (320°F). This batter yields approximately 6-8 muffins.
