Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml oil
- 100 mg soy sauce
- 4 kiwi(s), peeled
- 20 g ginger, peeled
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Puree all ingredients and pour over the grilled meat. Cover with cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Then remove the meat, pat dry, and grill.
