Pineapple pudding the easy way

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 can pineapple pieces
  • 100 g almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 40 minutes

Drain the can of pineapple chunks in a sieve. We won’t need the pineapple juice. Cook the pudding according to the package instructions, cover with cling film, and let it cool. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Whisk the cooled pudding thoroughly. Fold in the pineapple chunks first, then the whipped cream. Briefly toast the almond slivers in a pan and then pour them over the pudding.
