Kiwi – Coconut – Corners

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • ½ pack of cream stiffener
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 cookies (milk slices)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and slice the kiwi. Place the milk slices on a platter or plate. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes into the cream. Fill a piping bag with the cream and pipe dots onto the milk slices. Place the kiwi slices in the dots and sprinkle with the remaining coconut flakes.
