Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 kiwis
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (apple balsamic vinegar)
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the kiwis and puree them with the curry, vinegar, vegetable stock, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. It tastes good with any non-bitter leaf salad, such as lamb’s lettuce, purslane, lettuce, iceberg lettuce, etc. It also tastes great with cucumber salad when added with dill.
