Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 ml milk, low-fat (1.5%), very cold
- Liquid sweetener
- 90 g kiwi(s) from jar or can
- Kiwi(s) sliced, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Whip the milk with a hand blender or a mixer until very frothy. Season the frothed milk with sweetener to taste. Drain the kiwis, then blend them finely in a blender. Mix in the milk.
