Kiwi frappe with milk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 ml milk, low-fat (1.5%), very cold
  • Liquid sweetener
  • 90 g kiwi(s) from jar or can
  • Kiwi(s) sliced, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Whip the milk with a hand blender or a mixer until very frothy. Season the frothed milk with sweetener to taste. Drain the kiwis, then blend them finely in a blender. Mix in the milk.
