“Knössant” – the dumpling croissant

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of croissants (snack-and-bake)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack of dumplings

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the dumplings according to the package instructions. Then cut them into small pieces and fry them with the eggs. Spread the croissant dough out, fill each croissant with the dumpling-egg mixture, and roll them up. Bake the filled croissants at 200°C for 10-15 minutes.
